Key Responsibilities:

- Effectively manage Points of Sale to contribute to Price Perception.

- Monitor Fresh Food Department performance in conjunction with the Fresh Food Manager.
- Adhere to stocktaking procedures and coordinate quarterly stocktakes.
- Implement efficient ordering processes and prudent stock management practices.
- Oversee department overheads, ensuring achievement of budgets, including wages.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to promote communication and teamwork.
- Provide leadership and guidance to Junior Management and staff, maintaining a positive work environment.
- Collaborate with the management team to ensure weekly gross profit, net profit, and sales targets are met.
- Pursue opportunities for technical training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Ensure housekeeping standards are maintained throughout the store.
- Assume store manager responsibilities in absence, demonstrating ability to handle key roles.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and their application in the store.
- Perform other duties as directed by the Store Manager.
