This is a 2–3 day per week commitment, interim in nature, with a clearly defined scope and the support of the EHS International team throughout.The RoleThis position requires a credible, self-sufficient H&S professional who can operate effectively at management level and build genuine trust with the people doing the work on the ground. You will take ownership of the site's H&S function during an interim period — maintaining standards, leading audits and investigations, managing the risk assessment programme, and ensuring a structured handover to the incoming permanent appointment.What You BringMinimum 5 years in a dedicated Health & Safety role, with experience in manufacturing, process, or production environmentsDemonstrated ability to engage and influence at all levels — from operative to senior managementCompetency in risk assessment, audit leadership, incident investigation, and HSA interactionAvailable to commit 2–3 days per week on-site in North Cork
