Travel Labor and Delivery Nurse Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Labor and Delivery Travel Nurse to take on roles across North Carolina. This opportunity offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on the lives of patients while enjoying the excitement of travel nursing.

Job Details:

1. Ratios: 1:1-2
\
2. 12-hour nights (18:45 - 07:15), 36 hours per week, every other weekend required
\
3. Required to float out to Med/Surg, CNA, secretary and/or helping hands
\
4. Unit had ~100 births in all of last year so not a very busy department
\
5. Unit systems: Centricity, Meditech Magic
\
6. Navy scrubs
\
7. Higher acuity/high risk cases with strong experience needed for autonomy in this small department
\
8. LDRP unit so candidate will assist both mother and baby
\
9. Autonomy needed for small department with higher acuity cases
\
10. Fetal Heart Monitoring skills and certifications include ACLS, NRP and BCLS
\
11. Minimum of 2 years experience in labor and delivery settings, will accept first time travelers
\
12. BLS certification is also required
\
13. Will need to float out to different units including Med Surg and CNA
\
14. Every other weekend work is required
\
15. Float assignments may vary
\
16. Positions available in various locations across North Carolina
\
17. Working as part of a team with experienced healthcare professionals
\
