Due to continued expansion, we are hiring an MEP Lead for a residential project in Dublin.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery
Responsible for the management, coordination and execution of the full project scope of works — or an identified scope or package of works — including the delivery of all designated site activities, while meeting the project objectives related to Health & Safety, Design, Technical, Quality, Programme and Commercial performance.
Specific Requirements
Relevant third-level degree in Electrical Engineering or an Electrical Trade Qualification
10+ years' post-qualification experience
Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager running large projects, particularly residential and fit-out projects
Preferably experience progressing through the ranks with a main building contractor
Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
Team
Lead, manage and motivate team members, driving a high-performance culture by developing people to reach their full potential
Develop, maintain and foster collaborative relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and all other project stakeholders
