Role Overview
We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented
Business Analyst
to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will analyse processes, gather requirements, and support data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
* Gather and document business requirements
* Analyse business processes and identify improvements
* Work with stakeholders and development teams
* Create reports, dashboards, and presentations
* Support project planning and testing
* Translate business needs into functional specifications
* Monitor KPIs and performance metrics
Requirements
* Degree in Business, IT, or related field
* 1–3+ years of BA or analysis experience
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Experience with Excel, SQL, or BI tools
* Good communication and stakeholder management
* Good English communication
Nice to Have
* Experience with Agile / Scrum
* Knowledge of Power BI / Tableau
* Basic project management skills
