* Achieve court occupancy rates of 60%+ through effective sales strategies and operational excellence.
* Develop a dynamic calendar of social events, tournaments, and competitions to drive member engagement and business growth.
* Oversee staff, coaches, and instructors to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
* Maintain world-class standards in all aspects of the facility's operation.
* Analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) regularly to track progress and inform strategic decisions.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
Qualifications:
Hold a degree in Sports Science, Sports Management, Leisure Management, or Business Management.
Experience:
Demonstrate experience in sports operations, venue management, or business growth with a proven track record of success.
Skills:
Possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
