Process Improvement Lead
A senior process engineer is required to work with a medical device manufacturing client on a contracting basis. The initial contract duration is 12 months.
1. The role involves the implementation of process-related continuous improvement activities to enhance product quality and overall equipment effectiveness.
2. Engage with personnel to identify and resolve corrective/preventative actions addressing process quality-related manufacturing issues.
3. Solve complex problems using data-driven decision making, taking the initiative while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
4. Deliver high-quality, innovative products in a timely and cost-effective manner across multiple product value streams.
5. Manage multiple projects within a matrix environment, including change management through quality systems.
6. Apply troubleshooting expertise to resolve complex equipment, systems, and process problems using statistical and analytical methodologies.
