The Outdoor Accommodation Supervisor is responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and readiness across glamping tents, camping pitches, and shared facilities.
This hands-on role supports and guides the housekeeping team to ensure all accommodation units and communal areas are clean, safe, and guest-ready.
The supervisor helps create a welcoming outdoor environment where guests can relax and enjoy their stay.
Key Responsibilities Supervise and support the cleaning team in preparing glamping tents, camping pitches, and shared facilities.
Ensure all accommodation and public areas meet cleanliness and presentation standards before guest arrival.
Conduct regular inspections of units, washrooms, and outdoor spaces.
Organise daily cleaning tasks and ensure supplies and equipment are stocked.
Report maintenance issues, damage, or safety concerns to management.
Maintain high standards across accommodation, shower blocks, reception areas, and outdoor spaces.
Support team training and lead by example in maintaining quality service.
Follow health and safety procedures and promote environmentally responsible practices.
Assist management with stock control and operational planning.

Required Experience Skills Minimum 1 year of hospitality experience, ideally in a supervisory role.
