No remote or hybrid option.Pay: From €13.80 per hour, full-time hoursAbout the RoleSwim Max is recruiting a full-time, on-site Front Desk & Customer Sales Coordinator to support the day-to-day running of our busy swim school in Limerick.This is a hands on, customer facing role. You will be the first point of contact for parents and families, handling bookings, payments, enquiries, and follow ups in a fast paced environment.This role suits someone who is comfortable speaking with customers, confident discussing prices and availability, and able to stay organised and calm during busy periods.If you are looking for a quiet reception role or minimal customer interaction, this position will not be a fit.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service & Front Desk OperationsWelcome families professionally and warmly on arrivalHandle customer enquiries in person, by phone, email, and messagingManage bookings, class availability, payments, and schedule changesResolve routine customer issues confidently and escalate when requiredSales & ConversionsConvert enquiries into paid bookingsFollow up with prospective customers who have not completed bookingsClearly explain class options, pricing, and schedulesSupport retention by encouraging continued enrolment where appropriateStandards & ProfessionalismMaintain high standards of communication, appearance, and conductEnsure front desk and reception areas are kept tidy and organisedFollow Swim Max procedures, policies, and customer service standardsTeam & Operations SupportCommunicate clearly with instructors, supervisors, and managementReport customer feedback, issues, or trends to managementAttend required training sessions and team meetingsHealth, Safety & ComplianceFollow all Swim Max health and safety proceduresReport incidents, accidents, or concerns promptlyMaintain awareness of hygiene, fire safety, and security proceduresRequirements (Non-Negotiable)Fluent English (spoken and written)Minimum 1 year experience in a similar customer-facing roleSales or booking experience requiredConfident using computers and Microsoft Office 365Comfortable handling payments and customer dataReliable, punctual, and able to work independentlyMust already be living in Limerick with full legal entitlement to work in IrelandOwn transport required (public transport is not reliable for all shifts)Working Hours & FlexibilityFull-time roleAvailability required between 7.30am and 10.30pm, Monday to SundayShifts scheduled based on business needsFlexibility is essential during peak periodsJob Types: Full-time, Part-time, PermanentPay: €14.00 per hourExpected hours: 20 – 40 per weekBenefits:Company eventsCompany pensionEmployee assistance programEmployee discountOn-site parkingSick payApplication question(s):This role is based almost entirely at Swim Max in Ballysimon (approximately 99% of working hours).
