Product Designers at Oomnitza work across teams to define, create, and deliver all user-facing aspects of our product. In close collaboration with Engineering and Product Management, they research and develop user experiences, and then translate them into high-quality designs to be tested and shipped. Oomnitza Product Designers are responsible for creating elegant, functional enterprise products that customers love to use.

What you'll do
* In this role you will help build and enhance the Oomnitza product by concepting, designing, and prototyping high-quality product experiences
* Develop a deep understanding of the Oomnitza product offering, its users, and the product UI to inform product direction
* Deliver high-quality, user-centered designs that streamline and enhance the overall user experience
* Collaborate with Designers, Product Managers, Engineers, and leadership to shape product strategy and execution
* Share work regularly in design reviews and actively contribute to a strong culture of feedback and iteration
* Interpret and translate complex problems into intuitive, delightful design solutions
Who You Are
* 5+ years relevant design experience, ideally in the enterprise space
* A current portfolio showcasing strong design skills with high-quality product design examples
* Proficiency in applying design systems to deliver consistent, scalable, and maintainable product design experiences
* Experience partnering closely with product, engineering and other cross-functional teams to drive product direction
* Demonstrated ability to juggle user and business needs with competing priorities to arrive at the best possible design solutions
* Enthusiastic, positive self-starter who will have a direct impact on the practice of design at Oomnitza
