Who Will You Work With: Our client is a leading financial services institution focused on innovation and regulatory excellence. As part of their digital and compliance transformation team, you will contribute to the ongoing enhancement of client onboarding and KYC (Know Your Customer) processes, ensuring the organization stays aligned with evolving regulatory standards and customer needs. About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented KYC Domain Tester with strong expertise in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and functional testing in the banking domain. The ideal candidate will have experience working with KYC platforms and an in-depth understanding of KYC data and document requirements for retail and corporate banking clients in the UK and Ireland. This is a -month contract role, with a strong possibility of extension. The role is based in Dublin, and candidates should be flexible to work from the office when required. Key Responsibilities: Understand the full data and process flow across all systems and channels involved in KYC and client onboarding. Design comprehensive UAT test scenarios and test cases for end-to-end process flows. Execute and manage test cases across various systems, ensuring high-quality delivery. Collaborate with business analysts, KYC operations teams, and technical stakeholders. Identify and report defects, track progress using JIRA, and ensure timely resolution. Preferred Skills and Experience: – years of experience in KYC within retail and corporate banking, either in operations, as a business analyst, or UAT tester. Strong understanding of KYC documentation and regulatory requirements across different customer types (retail, partnership, corporate). Familiarity with UK and Ireland KYC standards is a strong advantage. Hands-on experience with KYC platforms such as Pega, Fenergo, or in-house banking systems—Fenergo experience is a significant plus. Good understanding of banking products like current accounts, mortgages, loans, etc. Proficient in using JIRA for test and defect management. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
