Lead Bioanalytical Team Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our bioanalytical team in achieving excellence in analytical approval cycle time, compliance and regulatory support, and improvement of lab quality systems.

Responsibilities:

* Provide leadership, direction, and oversight to the bioanalytical team.
">
* Establish yearly objectives and metrics to measure success, leading staff towards achieving strategy and goals.
">
* Help build and retain a phenomenal team for the Quality Control Laboratory.
">
* Develop and maintain training plans, performance management feedback, and career development for team members.
">
* Review specific quality documents consistent with procedure requirements.
">
* E nsure the bioanalytical team meets customer goals, including analytical approval cycle time, compliance and regulatory support, and improvement of lab quality systems.
">
* Design, build, and maintain digital systems for the Quality Control Laboratory in collaboration with site and external digital teams.
">

Qualifications and Requirements:
">
We require a Bachelor's degree or higher in Analytical Sciences (Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology) with a minimum of 3-5 years of cGMP pharmaceutical / Biotechnology supervisory experience.
">
Additonal Skills and Preferences:
">
Demonstrated knowledge of cGMPs and other regulations related to pharmaceutical laboratory operations, with emphasis on analytical techniques such as immunoassays, quantitative PCR, chromatography, capillary electrophoresis, and spectroscopy.

Proven understanding of Data Integrity and its application in a Digital Laboratory.
