E & M Stores is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Sales Adviser / Manager to lead our Ladies' Fashion Department. This is a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and ensuring our department looks its best at all times. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fashion, confident in leading a team, and highly organised in managing day-to-day operations.Key Responsibilities:Sales & Customer ServiceDrive sales to meet department targets.Deliver excellent customer service and product knowledge.Lead by example on the shop floor to maximise sales opportunities.Train, motivate and support sales staff.Merchandising & PresentationPlan and implement visual merchandising to reflect trends and seasons.Ensure the department is always well-presented, tidy, and fully stocked.Work with management on promotional displays and campaigns.Stock ControlOversee stock-taking and inventory management.Manage deliveries, replenishment and stock rotation.Monitor fast/slow-moving lines and suggest reorders or markdowns.Team LeadershipSupervise and support the sales team.Promote a positive, professional and customer-focused environment.Administration & ReportingAssist with buying decisions based on customer demand and sales data.Follow store policies and procedures.Skills & Experience:Previous retail management or senior sales experience (fashion preferred).Strong leadership and communication skills.Excellent customer service and sales ability.Good knowledge of fashion trends.Organised and detail-oriented.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.What We Offer:Competitive, experience-based salary (negotiable).40-hour working week.Supportive team environment.Opportunity to influence buying, merchandising and department performance.Join E & M Stores and help lead our Ladies' Fashion Department to successJob Type: Full-timePay: €14.00-€17.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:Employee discountWork Location: In person
