Red Chair Recruitment are currently accepting applications for an experienced Bar & Restaurant Supervisor for one of our well established clients based in Cahersiveen, Co. Kerry.
The Bar & Restaurant Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the bar and restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of quality and hospitality.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. 2 years+ Experience as a Bar Supervisor or Bar Manager in a high-volume environment.
2. Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
3. Excellent knowledge of bar operations, stock control, and health and safety regulations.
4. Strong communication and leadership skills.
5. Passionate about providing top-tier customer service with a friendly and professional attitude.
6. Strong decision-making skills and ability to handle high-pressure situations.
PACKAGE ON OFFER:
7. Competitive salary of €30,000 – €32,000 per year dependent on experience.
8. Meals on duty, Tips, accommodation can be provided if needed.
