You should be passionate about supporting our exporting clients from Ireland and UK to US, covering latest Customs Tariff Strategies.
Excellent knowledge of US Customs, in compliance with US regulations and Tariff developments. Keen to understand the US First Sale process, HTS, EU Taric and non-preferential origin for duty calculations.
You will have professional business English, and mature outlook to liaise with key Irish supporting partners.
* Experience in Supply Chain and US Customs compliance.
* Analyse client concerns by highlighting issues and dealing with any queries.
* Research Customs duty updates to satisfy client compliance requirements.
* Respond to client queries and assist in compiling client procedures /SOPs.
* An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
* Work on own initiative to research the latest US Customs updates.
* Operations / Administration experience gained in a logistics environment.
* Experienced with US and Irl import clearance processes.
