The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of service for our guests and fostering a welcoming environment. You will work closely with the management team to ensure smooth hotel operations and address guest feedback to enhance overall satisfaction.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and knowledge of hotel operations, reservation systems, and customer service principles. You will also be required to direct the team in their day-to-day duties and assist the Head of Department to continually improve procedures and systems.
