Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Deputy Store Manager, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of your store, supporting the Store Manager and leading by example.
Main Responsibilities
* Support the Store Manager in achieving business objectives
* Take ownership of stock management, ensuring adequate levels are always maintained
* Manage and motivate a high-performing store team
* Maintain exceptional shop floor presentation
* Deliver excellent customer service
About You
* You have completed your leaving certificate or equivalent
* A minimum of 2 years management experience in a fast-paced environment is required
* Full driving licence
* A passion for working in a fast-paced, varied environment, hitting targets and meeting deadlines
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* The flexibility to work varying shift patterns
