My client is seeking an experienced and motivated Branch Team Lead to join their Sligo office. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven insurance professional to lead a team of two Customer Advisors while ensuring the delivery of exceptional service, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and support the team's new business and renewal retention performance in line with monthly targets.
* Oversee adherence to quality and regulatory standards across all client interactions.
* Ensure accurate and timely completion of required reporting and month-end processes.
* Work closely with colleagues across the personal lines network to enhance customer experience.
* Monitor and manage team performance, providing ongoing feedback and guidance.
* Cascade company updates and ensure strong internal communication.
* Coordinate the onboarding and induction of new team members.
* Promote strong knowledge sharing within the team.
* Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance efficiency.
