The Role Responsible for the planning and implementation of Transfer Pricing structures and overseeing Transfer Pricing disputes in multiple territoriesLeading major global client relationships in relation to international Transfer Pricing mattersManaging and assisting in the development of strategy design and implementationReview and design of Transfer Pricing policiesAssist in APAs (Advanced Pricing Agreements), value intangible assets and provide a defence of transfer pricing in audits where appropriateBusiness development both internally and externallyLead and manage a team of staffThe Candidate Qualified accountant (Chartered Accountant or equivalent) and ideally a member of the Irish Taxation Institute4+ years' Transfer Pricing experience with exposure to advisory workIdeally operating currently as a Transfer Pricing Manager, ideally within a professional services firmTechnical expertise in Transfer Pricing issues and strong project management skillsAbility to manage and develop staffReference Number: RU12171D
