About Your New Job
As the Contracts Manager, you will oversee and manage all contractual aspects of construction projects.
You will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
You will liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
You will be responsible for managing project risks, resolving issues, and ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards.
What Skills You Need
3-5 years experience as a Contracts Manager in the construction industry in Ireland.
Extensive experience in residential construction projects.
Strong knowledge of contract law, construction processes, and project management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
