Job Description
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Clinical Systems Management/Emerging Technology Operations Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and quality of clinical systems. You will also support system development, lifecycle management, and digital technologies including data migration services.
Responsibilities
* Maintain expertise in clinical trial systems and digital health technologies.
* Manage business systems and digital health technology operations and planning.
* Coordinate system support, maintenance, and deployment activities.
* Assist with implementation of new releases and patches, including training and process updates.
* Resolve system issues promptly, conduct root cause analysis.
* Identify risks and develop solutions for sustainability.
* Improve system functionality and efficiency continuously.
* Collaborate across functions, geographies, and vendors.
* Respond to user feedback and manage user access.
* Support system testing, audits, and inspections.
* Develop user training materials and maintain knowledge bases.
* Perform data migration activities and quality checks.
* Develop and monitor performance metrics.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT (preferred).
* Experience in medical, clinical, or pharmaceutical fields (preferred).
* At least 5 years of industry or clinical experience.
