Offer description

Responsibilities:

1. cover all aspects of the relationship between with fleet customers
2. Administration of the customer Accounts
3. Agreeing fleet list to monthly contract invoice.
4. Contract management & Contract renewal
5. Accounting for Contract invoices.
6. Inputting job sheets
7. Managing with client and fitters the addition and removals to fleet contracts
8. Overseeing the reconciliation of monthly fleet list to monthly invoice
9. Ensuring customer accounts are up to date and in accordance with agreed terms
10. Reconciliation of mileage to contract specifications.
11. Carrying out a year end reconciliation and audit

Qualifications and experience:

12. Excellent – systems knowledge (WMS & ERP)
13. Advanced Excel skills
14. Ideally, a Qualified Accountant or part qualified Accountant with membership of ACA / ACCA / CMA
15. 2+ years' experience
