Key Responsibilities:
* Developing and implementing effective HR strategies that align with organisational goals;
* Maintaining open communication channels with employees, management teams and other stakeholders;
* Collaborating with departments to design and implement training programs, performance assessments and career development plans;
* Providing expert advice on employment law compliance, employee relations issues, benefits administration etc.;
