The Human Resource Manager will be responsible for the management of the Group’s HR function; development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives consistent with and aligned to the group’s overall strategy and to ensure excellence in care for patients and residents. The successful candidate will be joining the organisation at an exciting time of growth with expansion projects over the coming year. The HR Manager will lead a Head Office HR and Recruitment team of five along with onsite administrators. The position offers an excellent opportunity to play a leading role in organisational growth over the coming years and would suit an ambitious HR professional with experience at management level

Responsibilities of this Human Resource Manager job include:
* Lead, manage and develop the HR function for the Group
* Guiding management through best practices for the recruitment, selection and training of staff
* Managing disciplinary, grievance and ER/IR issues as well as absence and performance management
* Providing support to HODs on HR and ER related issues
* Recruitment planning in line with ambitious expansion plans
What you need to be considered for this Human Resource Manager job:
* 3rd level qualification in a HR or business-related field
* 3 years’ experience at management level
* Experience in a healthcare setting is essential
* An excellent knowledge of HR practices and employment legislation
* Ability to develop and build relationships with all levels of the business
* Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
