Leadership Role Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate leader to support individuals with intellectual disabilities in achieving their life goals and aspirations. This role involves leading and supporting teams, promoting self-determination and self-direction, and fostering a positive living environment where everyone thrives.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage competing priorities, lead and inspire teams, and communicate effectively with the individuals we support, their families, and people important in each individual's life. The successful candidate must also demonstrate the following skills:
* A qualification appropriate to the role (e.g., Nursing, Social Care, other relevant qualification)
* At least 3 years of supervisory/managerial experience qualifying them to take on the role of Person in Charge within intellectual disability services
* Completed a Management Course
* Full current manual driving license to drive in Ireland
