What You'll Do:
* Oversee the smooth running of all conferences, weddings, and events - hands-on and at the heart of the action
* Motivate, develop, and lead a passionate events team
* Liaise with couples and event organisers to bring their vision to life
* Work closely with the senior team to grow and develop our product offering
* Help shape the future of The Inn at Dromoland's events business
What We're Looking For:
* Experience in hospitality or event operations at supervisory or management level
* Have 3rd level qualification in Hotel Management/Supervision
* Strong leadership qualities and a commitment to delivering high standards
* A passion for guest experience and creating memorable events
* Ambition to develop your career within a supportive and professional team
