The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years experience supporting a legal team in preparing legal documents, managing calendars and correspondence, and maintaining client files using Keyhouse.Experience supporting property or conveyancing a definite advantage. Key Responsibilities: Document Preparation:Creating, formatting, and proofreading legal documents and correspondence. Calendar Management:Scheduling appointments, meetings for lawyers and clients. Correspondence Management:Handling incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and phone calls, and responding to client enquiries. File Management:Maintaining and organising client files, legal documentation, utilising Keyhouse software. Billing:Managing billing processes, tracking expenses, and handling petty cash. Skills and Qualifications: Strong communication skills:Both written and verbal, with excellent grammar and attention to detail. Organisational skills:Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines.
