Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A background in branded hotels or restaurants, with experience as a Chef de Partie looking to progress to a Junior Sous Chef position.
* Flexibility to work different shift patterns, including weekends and mornings/evenings.
* Ability to follow standardized menus and maintain high-quality standards.
* Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct your team.
* Knowledge of EHO requirements and the ability to ensure the team adheres to these standards.
