The Opportunity
This role is ideally suited to an ambitious Finance Manager who already has exposure to operations or commercial activity and is keen to broaden their scope beyond traditional finance. The position offers the chance to step into a hybrid finance and operations leadership role, working closely with the CEO and senior leadership team.
The successful candidate will have genuine opportunity to take on increasing responsibility across operational leadership, with a clearly defined pathway toward Director level and ultimately COO as the business continues to scale. Progression is expected to move at a strong pace for a high performer.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead core finance activities including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial controls
* Take ownership of operational performance, improving workflows, documentation, and delivery standards
* Oversee client operations including onboarding, implementation, training, and support processes
* Work cross functionally with technical, product, and customer facing teams to align execution and performance
* Develop and implement KPI frameworks to support scalability and performance management
* Partner closely with the CEO on operational planning, growth initiatives, and strategic priorities
* Support new product and feature launches from an operational readiness perspective
* Promote a customer focused culture and continuous improvement mindset
What They Are Looking For
* Qualified accountant ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent
* Currently operating as a Finance Manager or similar, with exposure to operational or commercial responsibilities
* Background in a software product, SaaS, or technology led environment is highly desirable
* Strong interest in developing into a broader operations and business leadership role
* Commercially minded, ambitious, and keen to take on increasing responsibility
* Strong communication skills and ability to engage across teams and senior stakeholders
* Comfortable in a growing, evolving business where change and opportunity go hand in hand
