Location: Dublin (Hybrid)
Salary: €34,000 base + €15,000 commission
Language Requirement: Fluent German and English
What You’ll Do:
* Manage relationships with digital marketing agencies—both existing and prospective.
* Prospect, pitch, and onboard new agency partners in the DACH region.
* Help advertisers succeed on the platform through data-driven strategies and insights.
* Retain and grow revenue from a portfolio of accounts.
* Analyze performance data and present clear, actionable recommendations.
* Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot, optimize, and improve campaigns.
* Stay current with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.
About You:
* Fluent in German (written and spoken) is essential.
* 1 year experience in a digital marketing agency, sales, or account management role.
* Strong understanding of online advertising platforms and digital marketing trends.
* Skilled in communication and confident in a client-facing environment.
* Familiar with tools like Salesforce, Google Suite, or Microsoft Office.
* Data-savvy with a proven ability to turn insights into results.
* Proactive, collaborative, and motivated by achieving goals.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.
