This role entails assisting the Front Office Manager in overseeing daily front office operations and supervising staff members. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling them to effectively lead, influence, and motivate others.
 * The successful applicant will be responsible for supporting management of the front desk team by utilizing their interpersonal and communication skills to lead, influence, and encourage others.
 * They will manage all day-to-day operations, ensuring quality standards are met and customer expectations are exceeded.
 * Developing specific goals and plans is essential to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work efficiently.
 * A high school diploma or equivalent, coupled with two years of experience in guest services, front desk, or a related professional area, is required.
 * Alternatively, a two-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related major; without prior work experience, will also be considered.
