eir evo talent are currently recruiting for a
IT and Cyber Security Project/Program Manager for a long term contract.
Location : Dublin – 3 days per week onsite.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Project Planning & Execution – Develop comprehensive programme and project plans, managing interdependencies across workstreams from initiation through to post-implementation.
2. Issue & Risk Management – Proactively identify and manage risks and issues, driving innovative solutions to ensure delivery against key project KPIs.
3. Budget & Resourcing – Ensure the programme is adequately resourced and funded to meet quality standards and delivery timelines.
4. Stakeholder Communication – Serve as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders within daa, providing regular updates and maintaining transparency and alignment throughout the programme lifecycle.
5. Governance – Establish and maintain appropriate governance structures, ensuring consistent reporting and stakeholder engagement.
6. Escalation Management – Identify and escalate issues accurately and in a timely manner to ensure swift resolution.
7. Change Management – Lead change management initiatives to support smooth adoption of new technologies and processes across the business.
Required attributes, knowledge and experience:
8. 10+ years of project management experience, including a minimum of 5 years delivering large-scale, complex business and technology transformation programmes.
9. Proven experience in implementing major cyber security projects, with a strong understanding of risk, compliance, and resilience.
10. Demonstrated ability to manage integrated teams comprising internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
11. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and lead change across the organization.
12. Strong adaptability in dynamic business environments with multiple competing priorities.
13. A highly analytical mindset, capable of proposing effective technology and process solutions aligned with business objectives.
14. Proficient in structured project management methodologies, covering the full project lifecycle and tools such as MS Project and Jira.
15. Experience working within a hybrid delivery framework, combining Agile and Waterfall approaches as appropriate.
16. Degree-level education, ideally complemented by a professional project management qualification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
Candidates should hold appropriate RTWs for Ireland i.e. Stamp1G, Stamp 4, Irish/British/EU passport.
