We are hiring for a commercial solar PV project manager/coordinator to join our Team in Cork. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the delivery of commercial solar PV projects. Prior experience and knowledge of solar PV is an advantage.
As part of our growing team, the Project Manager/Coordinator will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of projects, contributing to our mission of sustainability and customer satisfaction.

Role Summary:
The Commercial Project Manager/Coordinator will manage the end-to-end coordination of solar PV for commercial projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of quality. This role involves liaising with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to streamline processes and resolve issues, ultimately ensuring a smooth and efficient project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
* Coordinate and oversee multiple projects from initiation to completion.
* Maintain up-to-date project schedules and timelines.
* Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of installations.
* Ordering material delivery with suppliers
Customer Engagement:
* Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
* Provide updates, manage expectations, and resolve any issues or concerns.
Communication & Reporting:
* Provide regular updates to the Operations Manager on project status, delays, or challenges.
* Prepare and present project progress reports.
Documentation & Compliance:
* Ensure all project documentation is accurate, complete, and stored appropriately.
* Confirm compliance with Swyft Energy's policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Problem Solving & Escalations:
* Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
* Address escalations promptly and effectively to minimize disruption.
Key Requirements:
Education & Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
* 2+ years of experience in solar PV industry, project coordination, preferably within commercial solar PV sector.
Skills & Competencies:
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in project management tools and CRM systems.
* Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work under pressure.

Other Requirements:
* Full driver's license and willingness to travel occasionally.
