Job Description
The role of a Packaging Project Manager entails overseeing the governance, planning, and coordination of key business projects. This involves orchestrating multiple teams, external partners, and stakeholders to transform design and messaging across all packaging and labelling.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing new ways of working, process maps, RACI, and briefing approaches for packaging design. This includes bringing together the right skills sets at the right time, improving efficiencies, and connecting product messaging across POS, digital, and labelling.

Requirements:
* Experience as a project manager with a strong track record in cross-functional delivery.
* 5+ years' experience.
* Adept at balancing strategic goals with operational realities.
* Experience in setting up and implementing new ways of working with high success.
