Showroom Manager
Our client, a well-known brand for furniture and bedding is seeking to recruit a Showroom Manager to join their new store opening in Dublin 12.
As Store Operations Leader, you will work closely with the team in delivering fantastic service and advice on all products. You will be an integral part of the showroom responsible for driving sales, service and training a small team of two sales consultants in delivery the best in class. This role is suited to an experienced senior sales consultant / manager comfortable working alone or in a small team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the day-to-day operations of the showroom.
* Lead, motivate, and manage a sales team of two to achieve and exceed sales targets and customer service.
* Deliver exceptional customer experience.
A key aspect of this role is ensuring that our customers receive outstanding levels of care before making any purchase decisions by providing them with expert knowledge about various home decor items including furniture and upholstery solutions which directly impact overall customer satisfaction rates., Key Skills Required Include Strong proven background retail Sales preferably within high-ticket item interiors industry also motivational leader actively coaches staff excellent communication influencing skills results-driven ability drive performance competitive individual professional segment development further enhancing business growth through effective operational support as Store Lead managing inventory reporting schedule finance coordination planning employee relations executing management strategies maintain good standards visually appealing displays branded assets effectively promoting organization objectives.
