About The Role
Key Responsibilities:
* Build an effective Predictive Maintenance Program based on four logical steps: detection, analysis, correction and verification.
* Perform regular 'health check' on machines in Intel (critical and less-critical).
* Collect, trend and analyse machinery performance using vibration analysis, ultrasound, oil analysis and infrared thermography.
* Report machinery defects to system owner (Intel's engineer) and recommend corrective measures.
* Tackle the cause of the problem — Proactive Maintenance.
* Ensure timely implementation of condition monitoring PM schedules, vibration monitoring.
* Closing daily PM Work orders after completion of the monitoring schedule.
* Ensure timely completion of condition monitoring related corrective maintenance notifications.
* Raising notifications in Maximo, follow-up with concerned sections and closure after job completion.
* Discharging any other CM related tasks assigned from time to time.
* Preparation of preliminary analysis reports during trouble shooting of machinery malfunctions.
* Preparation of Condition Monitoring reports.
* Be part of A Dedicated Lubrication team / Program.
* Implementation and support the Lubrication Program.
* Equipment master assets list, bearings information, lubrication type, lubrication quantity.
* Lubrication audit and analysis.
* Lubricate assets as per requirement.
* Build lubrication routes in Maximo, similar to VA routes, bi-monthly/quarterly.
* Build and populate the management database (SKF).
* Collect, upload, and analyse all collected data.
