Role DescriptionThis is a part-time hybrid role for an Administrative Assistant. The position is located in Dublin, and some work-from-home flexibility is provided. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, answering phone calls, handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and providing support to the executive team as required.QualificationsProficiency in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance tasksStrong Phone Etiquette and Communication skillsExperience in performing Clerical duties and general office administrationExcellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesProficiency with office software tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace)Ability to work independently and maintain discretion and confidentialityPrior experience in a similar role is an advantage
