Job Summary:
The role is an administrative assistant for a legal team, requiring the support of a Senior Solicitor with Medical Negligence and Personal Injury cases.
* Manage files using digital dictation software
* Coordinate diary entries
* Compile pleadings documents
* Prepare affidavits, briefs, and discovery booklets
* Arrange consultations and attendances for hearings
* Handle client calls, expert witness communications, and solicitor interactions
Key Requirements:
* Prior experience as a Legal Secretary/Legal Executive essential
* Previous work in medical negligence or defence litigation advantageous
* A collaborative and flexible mindset
* Experience with case management systems, preferably Practice Evolve
