Within this, the Custody Operations team are responsible for reconciliations, settling client trades, facilitating movement of both fiat currency and cryptocurrency in and out of clients' accounts, storing the cryptocurrency securely and maintaining the books and records platform.
To be effective, you will work closely with the Client Service team, Execution Services, Implementation Managers, and the technology teams to ensure client requirements are met.
With your knowledge and commitment, you will become a collaborative and resourceful member of the FDAS team, sharing best practices and driving successful results.The **Expertise** We're Looking For* Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required* 3+ years Operations experience working with reconciliations/ settlements or transaction processing* Proven knowledge of working in a SOC-1 (or equivalent) environment with a clear understanding of procedures and controls* Daily workflow management experience* Experience in supporting testing in UAT & Production environments* Strong attention to detail & analytical skills* Relationship building skills across team, business units, and peers* Proven delivery of world-class service experience* Proficient skills in various PC software applications to include Microsoft, Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint* Cryptocurrency knowledge an advantage but not requiredThe **Skills** You Bring* Your excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills* Your ability to work well on global teams and in fast-paced, cross-collaborative environments* Your ability to think analytically and deliver solutions to complex challenges and recognize when escalation is required* Your ability to think ahead, anticipate questions, plan for contingencies, and find alternative solutions* Your passion for thought leadership in innovation & promotion of change amongst the group* Your success in navigating and thriving in a dynamic, growing new business* Your understanding of risk inherent to Institutional Custody OperationsThe **Value** You DeliverAt Fidelity, collaboration isn't just about working together, but also about improving lives together.
