Key Responsibilities
* Manage the entire recruitment process from initial briefing to final placement and aftercare services
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and preferences
* Source, screen, interview, and select top candidates using various methods including job boards, social media, professional networks, etc.
