Requirements
1. QQI Level 7 or 8 qualification in Social Care, Social Work, Psychology, Nursing, or a related field (or equivalent).
2. Minimum 1 years' experience in a social care or health and social care setting.
3. Proven leadership or supervisory experience within a care environment.
4. Strong knowledge of HIQA standards, safeguarding policies, and health & safety regulations.
5. Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
6. Empathetic, professional, and committed to quality care and staff development.
7. Full clean manual driver's licence (essential).
8. Must Have Stamp 4 right of work in ireland.
