Job Description:
The Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support in all aspects of analytical methodology, method development, transfer, qualification, and troubleshooting. The main goal is to ensure that the manufacture of small molecule APIs and intermediates meets the required standards.
* Develop and validate analytical methods using HPLC and GC techniques.
* Perform timely testing and analysis to ensure compliance with local procedures.
* Prepare, review, and execute analytical protocols and reports.
* Ensure that all instrumentation is calibrated and maintained correctly.
* Liaise with senior analytical chemists to obtain technical support and guidance.
Required Key Skills and Experience include: expertise in analytical method development, strong technical background in chemistry, ability to work under tight timelines, good troubleshooting skills, openness to change, and knowledge of FDA and European GMPs requirements.
