Experienced Water & Wastewater Engineer required to to join a multidisciplinary architecture & engineering consultancy in Cork.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Engineer to step up into a Principal-level role, or for an established Principal Engineer to join a growing team, with responsibility for leading high-profile projects, mentoring junior engineers, and contributing to the continued growth of the organization.

Major wastewater treatment plant upgrades and expansion programmes
Regional and national water supply schemes
Urban stormwater management, drainage and nature-based solutions
Design–Build partnerships on water and wastewater infrastructure projects
Requirements:
Level 8 or Level 9 Degree in Civil / Environmental Engineering.
Minimum 7+ years' experience delivering water and wastewater design projects within a consultancy or design–build environment.
Proven track record in project delivery, client liaison, and stakeholder management.
In-depth knowledge of Irish Water standards, Eurocodes, BC(A)R, and industry guidelines.
Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and mentoring junior engineers.
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroDrainage/InfoWorks ICM (or similar).
Strong commercial awareness, contract knowledge (FIDIC/NEC), and experience preparing proposals/tenders.
Chartered with Engineers Ireland (or equivalent); candidates pursuing Principal level should demonstrate business development and leadership capability.
