Job Title: Senior Commercial Lines Account Executive
About the Role:

* Provide expert insurance advice across property, motor fleet, and liability sectors.
* Support clients through the claims process, ensuring timely resolution and satisfactory outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
* Client Relationship Management: Foster strong client relationships, build trust, and deliver exceptional service.
* Policy Renewals and Adjustments: Manage the renewal process for commercial clients, negotiate terms, and adjust policies as needed.
* Business Development: Identify opportunities to bring in new business and contribute to the growth of the client base.
* Claims Support: Assist clients in navigating the claims process, ensuring timely resolution and satisfactory outcomes.
Requirements:
* Commercial Insurance Broking Experience: At least 2 years' experience in commercial insurance broking, with a strong understanding of commercial insurance concepts.
* Professional Qualifications: Hold an APA or CIP qualification, demonstrating expertise in insurance principles and practices.
* Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
* Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Word and Excel, with the ability to analyze data and create reports.
