Service Advisor Role
We are seeking a dedicated individual with customer-facing retail or hospitality experience to manage the flow of information between the workshop, warranty team, and customers while delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage customer interactions and ensure excellent service at all times.
* Qualify service needs and diagnose vehicle issues where necessary.
* Establish understanding and agreement with customers on work to be carried out.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, previous experience in customer-facing hospitality or retail, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer care.
