We are seeking a highly-motivated Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will report directly to a Senior Quantity Surveyor and work collaboratively with other team members on various high-value projects.
The ideal candidate will have experience in procuring subcontractors and suppliers, compiling and issuing subcontracts, managing commercial relationships with subcontractors and suppliers, negotiating final accounts, administering provisions of subcontracts regarding notifications,
and other key responsibilities such as agreeing monthly valuations with the client's representative. Involvement in producing monthly Value Cost Reconciliation reports is also essential for this role.
* A degree in Quantity Surveying or General Construction/Engineering Degree is required along with at least 4 years' experience working as a QS;
* Strong written and verbal communication skills;
* Familiarity with Cubit software package is preferred;
