I am recruiting on behalf of a well-established organisation seeking a HR People Partner with a strong background in employment law. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled HR professional to provide expert guidance and support to managers and employees while contributing to key HR projects and initiatives.
Location: North TipperaryJob Type: 12-Month Specified Purpose ContractWork Arrangement: Hybrid role with 1-2 days per week required in the office
Key Responsibilities
Provide expert advice on employment law, agency employment law, and HR best practices to managers and staff.
Address employee concerns and grievances, ensuring a fair and productive work environment.
Conduct investigations and conflict resolution in a consistent and professional manner.
Support the HR Manager in implementing change projects, process improvements, and cultural initiatives.
Assist in recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
Guide managers through the performance review process, including goal setting, feedback, and employee development.
Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies, staying updated on legal and HR best practices.
Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs.
Analyse HR metrics and provide insights to drive strategic decision-making.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, focusing on employee relations, talent management, and organisational development.
Strong knowledge of employment and agency employment law.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build strong relationships with employees and business leaders.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Full driver's license, with access to a car and willingness to travel as required.
