* Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities to expand commercial operations and drive sales growth through both inbound and outbound sales strategies.
* Customer Acquisition: Utilize cold calling, email, and other communication channels to identify and prospect potential customers.
* Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong customer relationships in both face-to-face and remote settings.
* Performance Tracking: Set, track, and achieve monthly and quarterly sales and performance goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sales: Achieve sales targets, develop new business opportunities, and provide excellent customer service.
* Account Management: Manage account credit terms, oversee the full sales cycle, and ensure timely payment processing.
* Finance: Process payments, liaise with the finance team, and contribute to depot management.
* Depot & Operations Management: Oversee truck routing, driver management, and contribute to depot efficiency.
