The Role We are looking for an outgoing, well-presented and reliable Food Beverage Supervisor to assist in managing our food and beverage outlets.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team in a prestigious hotel environment.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise and train team members across restaurant, bar, lounge, room service and conference/banqueting areas.
Ensure friendly, efficient service and maintain high standards at all times.
Support and motivate the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and maximise revenue.
Manage stock control and cash handling procedures.
Drive sales through upselling and accurate recording of transactions.
Implement purchasing procedures and maintain cleanliness in all public and staff areas.
Requirements: Minimum 2 years' supervisory experience in food and beverage within a hotel setting.
Proven experience in stock control procedures.
Proficiency in Micros or Volante systems.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Strong leadership and people management skills.
In-depth knowledge of restaurant and bar operations.
Ability to exceed guest expectations and maintain service excellence.
