As a Senior System Analyst in WI technology, you will work with the squad(s) to quickly gain understanding of all the components of our applications and will work with the team to deliver best in class customer experience solutions for a next gen NetBenefits for Microsoft Teams App, and features for our NetBenefits Mobile application.In this role, you will partner closely with the business, squad leaders, technical and other stakeholders.The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated team player committed to delivering high quality products aligned to good engineering principles. Expect to be involved in analysis, design, and development of mobile components for use with Net Benefits Mobile and web applications/components for use within Microsoft TeamsGood experience in creating systems diagram, sequence diagram based on business requirements., Work with business and technology partners to define the scope of problems/issues, in terms of business and/or system requirements and processes. Drive backlog refinement sessions. Translate sophisticated business needs into clear, relevant, requirements/user stories. Research and evaluate alternative solutions.Ability and drive for continuous learning and knowledge sharing. Ability to take smart risks, trying new approaches, and collaborating to drive real improvements in tools people use to do their jobs. **The Skills that are Key to this role** Excellent organizational skills > 6 years systems analysis experience otherwise dynamic, related work in software solutions development/definition is required. Confirmed experience with systems development methodologies and formal documentation processes. Agile/Scrum experience is required. Familiarity with API integration patterns and SQL to enable analysis to support business design recommendations.Familiarity with Azure Cloud concepts and services is a plus.Experience working in multi-functional technology teams in highly matrixed organization. Financial Services experience preferred. Proactive, with a strong desire to learn and contribute to a highly functioning team and a shown knowledge of the financial services industry, attained through training and application experience. Strong analytical, facilitation and communication skills including written, verbal, and technology illustrations. Your ability to partner very closely with your direct team, as well as with matrixed environments, with teams aligned to other senior leaders.
